Raffaella Tore

She is a type A researcher at the Department of Philosophy, Sociology, Pedagogy and Applied Psychology of the University of Padua. Since the 90′ she has been studying educational problems and the variables that come into play in the teaching-learning process. She has taught at the elementary school and CPIA (Center for Adult Education).

She is a Pedagogist specialized in: Educational Clinic; Criminology and Legal Psychology; Family Mediation; Assessment of Learning; Leadership and Management in Education; Management, Selection and Training of Human Resources. Since 2005 she has been working in the University where she has carried out research and teaching activities for the disciplinary areas M- Ped/03 and M- Ped/04.

He has taught at the University of Cagliari, Bologna, Siena, Turin and Trieste. She collaborated, from 2009 to 2019, as an expert in assessment at the Quality Center of the University of Cagliari (now Presidium) for which she supported the experimentation related to the Laboratory Caralitano and all phases of the project / research DISCENTIA (DIgital SCience and EducatioN for Teaching Innovative Assessment) and for which she was also awarded a teaching contract for the training module on Assessment of Learning. For several years she has been studying the teacher as an essential variable for the development of an inclusive process in formal education (school and university).

Her areas of research interest are: design, management and evaluation of training processes in formal and non-formal education; special education; school and career guidance; training, management and selection of human resources; evaluation of learning; criminology and juvenile legal pedagogy.

He is qualified as Maître de Conférence for the class 70- Science of Education for the French state.
