President of ASES, she is professor and director of the Master in Death Studies & The End of Life (University of Padua). Recognized as one of the 100 most important scientists for her studies on death in Italy, she is the author of a hundred scientific articles and twenty books, is a member of the bilateral table MIUR – Ministry of Health for the teaching of palliative care in the degree courses in Psychology and scientific director of European projects.
