Researcher (RTDA) of Experimental Pedagogy at the Department of Philosophy, Sociology, Pedagogy and Applied Psychology of the University of Padua, where she teaches evaluation of training and skills assessment.
She has conducted studies on adult and experiential learning, on systems and processes of recognition, validation and certification of competences and on methodologies of formative and summative evaluation.
She also deals with evaluation of teaching, training for university teaching and syllabus design. He collaborates in several European projects promoted by the Tuning Academy (Universidad de Deusto – Spain – and University of Groningen – Netherlands) and other European institutions and in regional projects on school and career guidance.
Research areas
The research activities concern the field of evaluation of and for learning, with particular reference to the processes of feedback and peer review, and the evaluation of teaching. With regard to the evaluation and enhancement of skills, the research activities focus on the methodology of the skills assessment and the promotion of the use of the portfolio of skills in school and career.
