Paola Milani

Graduated in Pedagogy, Specialized in Psychotherapy at the Salesian University of Rome (IFREP), PhD in Educational Sciences in 1994, since 2018 Director of the Interdepartmental Center of Pedagogy and Childhood Psychology at the University of Padua, since 2015 Full Professor of General and Social Pedagogy in the Department FISSPA (Philosophy, Sociology, Pedagogy and Applied Psychology) of the University of Padua, where she is currently the holder of the teachings of:

  • Family Pedagogy, VI year, undergraduate course of Scienze della Formazione Primaria;
  • General and Social Pedagogy, II year, undergraduate course of Social Service;
  • Pedagogy of the family, II year, undergraduate course of Science of Childhood and Preadolescence

Since 2004 member of the Faculty of the Doctoral School in Education and Training Sciences of the Department FISPPA.

From 2010 to 2018: chargée de cours “Education familiale”, Bachelor in Sciences de l’Education,Université de Fribourg, Suisse.

Since 2019 he is the Italian representative in COST action 18123, The European Family Support Network. A bottom-up, evidence-based and multidisciplinary approach (EuroFam-Net), funded by the European Comission, coordinator: Lucía Jiménez, Seville University (Spain).
