Dora Capozza has taught Group Psychology at the Faculty of Psychology of the University of Padua. She was Vice Dean of that Faculty for 7 years and directed the Department of Applied Psychology (University of Padua). She has been appointed Fellow of the American Psychologycal Association (APA). She edits the international journal Testing, Psychometrics, Methodology in Applied Psychology. She works on prejudice reduction, dehumanization of extraneous groups, well-being, and self-perception in organizational settings.
