Todd Fletcher

Todd Fletcher is an associate professor at the Department of Special Education, Rehabilitation and School Psychology at the University of Arizona’s College of Education where he coordinates the bilingual/multicultural special education degree program. His research interests and publications focus on culturally responsive educational practices for students in the United States and on education reform, policy and special education practices in Latin America, particularly Mexico. He is co-editor of the book Educating Children with Disabilities and Their Families: Blending US and Mexican Perspectives. He founded a non-profit organization, Resplandor International, a cultural and educational center in central Mexico in the state of Guanajuato, focused on education and development.
