Elena Canziani is a Doctor of Psychology of Work and Organizational Psychology and since 2013 she operates using the methodology of coaching, acquired through the frequency of different and specific training courses.

Following the attendance, in the year 2016, of the specialization course “Coaching for orientation and inclusion in school and work” held at the University of Padua and managed by the teachers of La.R.I.O.S., she designs and conducts orientation paths for secondary school children (I and II grade) and orientation paths for work placement, referring to constructs centered in the Life Design and Career Counseling model.

She designs and implements, both in schools and other non-profit organizations, paths for children and adolescents, aimed at the knowledge and training of Life Skills, using the operational methodology of Coaching and the constructs of Positive Psychology.

She is an ordinary member of the Italian Society for Orientation (SIO) and of the Italian Association of Professional Coach (A.I.C.P.) within which I actively collaborate in the ‘Research Sector’.
