Daniela Rosas

Graduated in Educational Sciences, specializing in Public Communication and Politics, Advanced Trainer in Life Design and Career Counseling at the University of Padua.
She is an expert in scholastic and professional orientation, she carries out orientation counseling activities for the public service, dealing with the design and delivery of orientation paths referring to central constructs in the life design model, such as self-determination and adaptability.
In particular, she designs and conducts orientation courses for people with disabilities, training and information courses for teachers and parents on the theme of work integration and in-depth study of legislation on the subject. She also deals with the selection and job placement of people registered in protected categories for public and private companies.
In the field of research, she deals with the design of training courses, with the aim of promoting a communication model aimed at deepening the practices of everyday language and methodologically equipped listening.
She is member of SIO (Italian Society for Orientation) since 2012.
