She is a Vocational Counseling Professor at Ministry of Education in Cyprus. Additionally, she is PhD Candidate at University of Athens, Greece. She has more than 15 years work experience as a Vocational Counselor in various domains: municipality, school, university, private sector. During that time, she has collaborated with employees, employers, unemployed, vulnerable social groups, students, children, parents, primary or secondary education professors participating also, in numerous erasmus programmes. She has involved as participant, coordinator or educator in many seminars, training cources and workshops related to organizational, career and counselling psychology. She was furthermore, responsible for employment policy at municipality of Volos, Greece.
Her research interests focus on vocational counseling, group counseling, positive psychology, peer counselling, organizational psychology, Byzantine Music, human rights.

She is member of the Greek scientific company for peer counseling-ESYOM, member of the Department of Psaltic Art and Musicology of the Volos Academy for Theological Studies and member of the Scientific and Professional Association of Greek Guidance Counsellors
